AI-Powered Financial Disputes
Co-founded, designed and built a world first startup using AI to match financial customer complaints with past decisions from AFCA, the Australian Financial Complaints Authority. We scaffold customers towards a strong and precedent based dispute letter in minutes.
Crop Risk Protection Platform
Built a serverless platform for a discretionary mutual providing crop risk protection to WA farmers. Full-stack solution including front-end, back-end risk engine, and pricing algorithms. Farmers upload shapefiles of their landholdings, and the system prices crop protection for each field. Because apparently, we know how to handle both AI and agriculture now.
Enterprise Data & Analytics
Too many to list over the years. We've helped organisations go from chaotic spreadsheets and uncertified dashboards to scalable, governed, self-service analytics ecosystems. Full-stack web applications, data strategy, platform selection, and deployment across enterprise stacks. Because someone has to clean up the mess.
